Considering the c$ equals a high ex-september list and a '13 store pet goes for 2 '09 rares this is definitely overpay rarity-wise. Not sure about demand tho.

Can I get another opinion that factors in demand?

Depending on how you value the pets, I think it's unfair to you. Just the Store pets alone are worth at least ~350C$ (not factoring in demand).
