No. All the non-dogs are higher than the Flower Pot in the mainlist, even if only by a bit. As far as I've seen, the Flower Pot doesn't has good demand. They would indeed have to add a Green Toxic to make it fair rarity wise.

the dog on the bottom is worth 4-5 '09 rares + and '09 uncommon and the dog on the top is worth 4-5 '09 rares so its unfair to them ^^

I know it's a rat but demand and date-wise, does it seem fair or not?

I couldn't find the rat in any list, but it's a 2008's Christmas rat. Rats have bad demand, but their pets are all normal event rares, 9 2017's rares plus one from 2016. Most 2008's are in lists and it's mostly up to you how do you value year jumps, there's anything from 512 17's Rares = 1 08 Rare to 18 17's Rares = 1 08's Rare. Personally, I think it's underpay and not fair to you, but get a second opinion.
