Yes! This kid definitely gave me coal vibes, it looks like their art style sm.

To tie them with their hints:
"Has at least 3 different colors" - self explanatory: cream base, blue, brown, and the two pinks
"Blue is not the primary color" - While the blue is apparent, the other colors are more prominent on the pup than the blue :0c (at least i feel they are, the cream looks to be the "base" color rather than the blue)
