*DISCONTINUED* Rares List Guide (1 March 2019)

I'm not in favor of redoing the entire list. A lot of the pets are still accurately placed as far as we know. Instead of wasting time re-evaluating pets that are already correctly placed it sounds like a better idea to just focus on fixing the ones that are very obviously misplaced right now

No one said destroy the list.

My thoughts are to move tier 10 and maybe tier 9 advents to tier 1 septs once the two liontails are moved

But redoing the entire list would be essentially destroying it. I dont think it’s really necessary.

we don't need to destroy the list, the list will destroy itself if we leave it as such. there are over 20 new pets to place. even if we leave the polls at 3 days each, it will still take well over 2 months to place all omgsrs "correctly". this will leave the lower list with gaps, and the high tiers incredibly cluttered.

new pets need to be added into the gaps left by the misplaced omgsrs once those are moved up the list. so yes, the list NEEDS a full revamp.
the "skeleton" of the list if you will, the basis of it can and should remain the same. but there are too many changes to make to not call it a revamp.

Also, I think my previous statement was misunderstood - by temporary tier, I didn't mean a tier randomly placed in the middle of the list, I meant like just a tier of "pets currently in need of re-evaluation" kind of thing.

Multiple rats, 2 of the three liontails (green one is still a VR) the orange cerberus, the eat me from the eat me drink me set and there are a many others, I just can't recall them off the top of my head

I think some pets on the advents list were going to be moved down, it wouldn't make sense to move them up instead. Specifically the hyena and TWA being moved back down with their littermates
This list isn't going to be redone completely so I don't see the point in discussing it, the rarity only list is already in the works and should be a nice counterpart for the current list

So, for the pets being moved up I again ask

If there's a new tier, there's a little room between the aussie and coontail but I don't see a lot of wiggle room for a new one. Suggestions?

Ive added a disclaimer to the list for those who were worried about pets being traded for less then they are worth.

Please note!!! Any OMG So Rare Pet that is below 'the big gap' will at some point be moved up on the list! i've made them red to find them easier. These pets should not be traded for their current list value!

Hopefully it's now clearer which pets are going to have to move up :)


I would just say we should run fast polls on all these pets, give them tiers that fit with each pet in both rarity and demand and go from there. We can still use rascal's poll lay-out for all of these new omg so rares.

I'm glad we no longer have to look at 'above the nons' for most of these other pets though. the nons are omg so rares too.
