They're from the banner that normally gives tokens. c: Sometimes you'll get a pet instead of a token. I'd suggest checking this thread for other Halloween-related things.

It looks to me that the cats this month are all based on birds, but I can't for the life of me figure out what the grey and brown cat with the bright red tail is based on! Anyone have any ideas?
