Is this fair? I know demand for the warrior/sitting cats can be high so I have a feeling this isnt. Is there anything I'm missing?

Both are unfair to you. I am not 100% sure if any of ur pets have any special demand, but I know if they dont they would be worth (by the 2:1 rule) 2 rares from their release date. Meaning the first one would need 2 '09 rares an the second would need 2 '09 rares and 2 '12 rares. The first trade isn't even one '09 rare worth (They have 1 '10 rare, 1 '12 rare, 1 ,15 rare, and 1 ,18 rare worth of pets, Sure lion cubs have good demand but they are not store pets nor that old enough to give the trade a good enough boost to equal a '09 VR. So you are overpaying. (Also this trade has been edited-)
The second trade is even more unfair since none of the pets are are old. All are '15 or sooner. Going by the 2:1 they have about a '14 rare and some add. Not even close to even valuing for ONE of you VRs, I wouldn't take it.
