Very unfair to you. They are asking for an advent list and quite a lot of rares. The shima has demand but I personally wouldn't do that trade. It's much more than what the shima usually goes for.

I would say that is overpay,
as the rat is a sep list and the advent tradeup is pretty fair.

However, I am not the best in demand.

id say its quite unfair to the dogtag. the UR bee is worth around 2 nons while the dogtag is worth 3, so valuing the BA at a sorbet, id say at least a sorb should be added to your side ^^

From educated guess, I would say that it is highly unfair, and it is an underpay.
