Okay,so I know that this won't match Lillian Nightshade's hints,but this pup:

Despite one of her hints saying it won't be a horse (Or something like that),I can't help but seeing this pup remembering me of one of her ponies,this one,specially because of the white spots:

I'm guessing that this is Sayiko's or Lilian Nightshades. They both hinted at surprising line edits, and I can easily see a puppet design turning into this dragon-puppy...

The pup has closed eyes so I think it is little line edit ("Though they may or may not be very noticeable") and maybe adult version has more line edits... And this design - many TheCalicoTabby's pets has lines and some spots
Anyway, I'm just guessing
