Do you believe that rat would ever turn OMGSR?

The ones from July 2008 are going to go long before this one will.
So once every one of those go OMGsR (which may or may not ever happen), and the advent rats (I think those are rarer than this, but I'm not certain), then it might become a possibility.

Yeah there are quite a few dozen pets that will go rare long before this cutie will.

Nope, there are tons around, just the demand is high for them.

I don't know how rare it is, but that cat is really in demand and people rarely trade one, so it seems rarer.

I believe it was the most uncommon in it's litter, I'm guessing it will, but maybe after the rerelease...
