this trade depends on where you and your trading partner value the joker. if you value it at 1.5 nons, it would be roughly fair. however, if it's valued at 1 non, it's unfair to the UR Bee, and if at 2, it's unfair to the joker. demand is user-based; it's between you and your trading partner to decide; the joker is generally going within this range though, and the ur bee goes for fair trades.

i wouldn't take that. i'm no expert on items either, i'm just starting to learn, but nnnnooo... i think, with the right person, the black wings alone could go for an old uncommon. all of those items have decent demand, so you should hold on to them!
