First one is unfair to you : )
Second one looks quite nice but still litle unfair to you those store pets are from 2012 they are worth early 09 uncommon

So i suggest you yo take off the items and the uncommon horse

1. Unfair tot he Rare's side
2. Unfair to the Rat rare side but not much
3. Quite fair to both sides
4. Maybe litle unfair to the bunny side but quite fair if i was you i would accept

I say maby a little unfair to u. the andalusian was a special gift or something (I forgot a little) but the speckled pony is the fav one of that litter by a lot of people
