No, not a lot. The Jewelry sundog and the July 08 PPS is about the same rarity but yes the sundog is slightly (not a lot) rarer than the PPS.

You shouldnt really be trading him, but he isn't that rare. Most people have 1-13 normally. (what i think the number is)
