Very Rare from 2008 Christmas

What I've noticed:

Sundogs- Really common! I see them everywhere D:
Moondogs-Scarce as usual
Coondogs-I've only seen one! They are really scarce this year
Pink Septembers and Target litter-Pretty common, moreso than last year it seems
UR Lions-Also really common!
Cucumber-A ton rarer than the lion!
UR B-wolf-Pretty hard to find as expected
UR 09' dog-Rarer than I thought it would be

True! There a lot of all uncommon litters this year, so a lot of people are not happy about what they got
