There's no point in giving you hints about mine, you all know my style too well and so playing the guess game is pretty pointless XP.

I can say one thing, though. This year I don't hate my dog... I guess that's something.

Just know that we all love your style and your pets so so so much <3 I'm really glad that you don't hate yours this year awe ;-;

Yeah I'm quite proud of mine this year. I wouldn't say I like him more than Selkine due to the meaning behind her, but he is still pretty close. Hmmm... now that you mention it, the only hint I can think about is that he has a heavy influence from japanese folklore, but again, this is really pointless considering you will recognize my style in the blink of an eye XD.

Hmm, maybe next year you could do a misleading pup that then turns into an amazing grown up adult?

I have been waiting all year for this. Trolltember is my favourite month on CS- all the staff are so sneaky, and I love doing 'detective' posts where you compare past pets to current ones <3 Here's to the 2016 staff litter!

also, I'm curious. Which was your favourite colour pallet, everyone? Not the outcomes, just the pallet. Mine was personally the '14 pallet.

My personal fave is the '14 pallet too! I also really love the '11 pallet.

I'm really excited to see the newer artists' outcomes - I always name my pets after the artists, so I can play the guessing game to see if I matched the right dog to the right artist!

Also to add to this. Staffies rarely, if ever, remake pets of identical (or similar) themes they did before. They always strive to bring something new and different to the table. This especially for staff pets. And it wouldn't be as grand if there are 100 variants of the same edit. Though it would reduce demand on her, other staff would probably not try it cause people could call them copycats. And artist frown on that stuff.

Though tbph, edit reuse sounds like it could be a cool trademark idea for regular monthlies. I would probably do something like this for specific subtle edits. Like a specific ear edit or nose edit that I dig alot.

Take heart though. If I ever get a staff chair, I'd put my own crazy spin on famous pets! xD
