First one, I'd say looks unfair to them, as each of the store cats is only worth a late '10 rare. I'd get a second opinion though.
Second one looks slightly unfair to you. The cat on your side is from '13 and is out of the three month rule. It's a bit harder to tell with unknowns, but I doubt either of the dogs on their side will be more than common.

1. The first one looks fair, though I think the 2013 common is uneeded

2. The second one is unfair to you, the 2013 uncommons would equal a '12 uncommon, and 2 '12 uncommons would equal an '11 uncommon at most

Only one of the 2010 u commons is needed....that would be perfectly fair. Otherwise, the trade is unfair to you

I'd say take off everything except for the cat from your side. The malk foxes have a greater demand than dogs, so you wouldn't want to trade it for one.
