Curious where the Rose PPS Sits in this?

Rose PPS is the only September pet listed in the upper list. So I think it is above others in the September list. ^^

Strange, I always thought the blue rose was the most popular of the rose dogs. But the red rose is still my favorite ♥♥
xD I also thought the blue sorbert was worth more then the green...

really? I thought the green was the rarest. not the most popular though, so maybe not above the others? I'm not sure.

The Red Rose PPS was Very Rare whereas the Blue Rose was Rare until about a month or two ago. ^^; The Green Sorbet is slightly more rare than the Blue Sorbet.

To clear up the Sorbet confusion:
This topic has been brought up multiple times in the past few weeks because somebody decided to dig up a post by Tess that stated that the Sorbets were all of equal value upon their release, meaning that the chances of getting each outcome were the same. That is true; in August '08, each outcome had a 1 in 4 chance of appearing. However, a pet's rarity consists of two things: its computerized rarity and its demand. The flop-eared Sorbets rose in value as they were more wanted. While they were released in equal ratios, more people want flop-eared Sorbets which brings their value up because there are less on the trading market. As the community sought the flop-eared Sorbets more than the point-eared Sorbets, their value increased.

Well said. Hopefully that clears up al lthe confusion about the Sorbets. I've gotten some really awkward trades for my Sorbets and a few of them had the whole " all sorbets are the same" line in them.

Hate to barge in, but where do the advents list fit in with the top list? Is it just like that, skele pup to rose pps to scarf PPS?

The Hyena and Timberwolf Advents would barely get you a September '08, so I would consider that a fairly decent breaking point from Advents worth a September '08 and pets not worth a September '08.

It isn't part of the actual 'Rares' list. It is separate from it - it is just a list that lists the
08 advents in their value/rarity compared to eachother.

I think that because of demand the rainbow mane should go below the balloon dogs/wood angel.

i got told that a rainbow mane could fetch you a common toxic. and someone bidded a toxic in my auction for one. i think they are a lot rarer than they are made out to be by this list.
