I am just new here and someone has asked me to trade a newborn 2nd Gen. I'm wondering if it's because they know what sort it will turn out to be. I don't so could you please tell me.

That one's one of the rarer 2nd Gens - none of that litter are particularly valuable, since they've been available for so long, but that one's either the rarest or second rarest of the litter as I recall. It grows into this one:

But then that would be sorta cheap for the one with the rainbow. If they are willing to trade, then yeah, go for it, but if you sent the trade, maybe they'll say no.

I wouldn't say so. I think the rainbow maned horse and the moondog are worth more. Way more for the moondog.
