this looks like lilian's doing, her hint said it had something to do with horses. those hooves look like horse's hooves to me! maybe her pet is a centor this pup looks like a centor!

There's also the fact that the fur stylization is very much like Graham's: examples here

Either way though, this pup is very intriguing and I can't wait to see the adult form <3

For some reason I feel like the ponies might be PLUR ponies or just rave ponies. Dunno. I blame the rainbow babe and the hooves... and splats.
