fairish, yes. If you like what they're offering, it's not a bad trade to accept. You could be nitpicky and say they need to add more to make up for the date difference on your rat, but I don't think it makes that much of a difference, given that it's a relatively recent rare.

Which is better for 75 tokens/ are they even fair?

The VR dog is probably better, but if you really like the store cat, I don't think that's a bad thing to accept either.
75 tokens is ~18 2020 uncommons-rares so ask yourself if you'd be willing to trade 18 of those for the pets offered. If so, then I'd say it's fair!

Fair? I don't know what those items would be worth.

The cupcake items are worth about one 2018 common each.
Their rodents = your bunnies
Their foxes = your two halloween items
That leaves 11 items on your side remaining. I'd say 1 C$ is fair for each, so you could add a tiny bit on their side (another 2018 common or a bit of C$ if they have it), but it's pretty fair how it is.

*this is my opinion. Newer pets and items don't really have strict value, so it's often up to the traders involved
