Yes, it's a fair swap! Though demand-wise the Tess horses do tend to have lower demand, though not to the extent that rats do.

I'd say a coontail. The july pps doesn't seem to be as sought after as the coontail c: (I've owned both before and the coontail was a bit easier to trade off)

The first is very unfair to you, their side is just a non with an almost complete warrior set. While the warriors have demand, they don't have enough to make up another non's worth.

The first one is overpay by a little. The spotted tribal is worth 2 sorbets, and the ur aussie is worth 1 non and 1 sorbet. Those two together are fair for the coontail, so the rest of the rares/uncommons are unnecessary.
