Like the white one could be a regular domesticated sheep and the brown one could be a bighorn^^

yup - they're sheep. Well, actually Rams.

I know that at one point there was a thread for helping you find pet names but I can't find it.

I'm looking for what these horses are called.

You can find 'offical' pet names in the Guide Index (scroll down to the CS Pets and Naming Help section). :3 Although unfortunately the horses and ponies from July 2011 onwards don't have a 'official' name yet.

Use the Wiki instead, that one is updated fairly regular =3
Unfortunately, those two are still unnamed... I still don't know what to call them and nobody comes with suggestions.

Here are my suggestions after going through antelope species on Wiki. I'm guessing the artist never said what animals the horses were based on since no one seems to know what they're called.

Black Buck

As far as I know it was never confirmed exactly what they were based on, but it's obvious they're based on some kind of ungulates =3
I'm actually pretty sure they're not based on antelopes specifically, because okapis are not antelopes. I just called them antelopes in lack of a better name =P

But I definitely agree on the black buck for the last one! All the white parts on the buck is black on the pony, so I'll name it that^^
Not so sure about the springbok for the other one, though.

The face was the best match I could fine. It's kind of hard to see with the head on look but there are lines going from eye to nostril

Yeah, but the pony doesn't have that dark stripe on the body like the antelope though. Surely it would have that if it was based on a springbok.

the name that was first stated for this month's ponies started with me. I called one a bumblepony (on pg 128 of the March Discussion) and now it's really caught on and every page has more than 1 post calling them that.
