My rules are up there, by you bidding and saying you read them means you accepted them. Mods said if you refuse to obey then they will force the trade and you can be punished, *I am just letting you know. Unless your outbid which is possible. why would they have rules then?
Actually? I don't think they're right. Because by their own rules (speaking of auctions before) if they've accepted my bid saying I've won, then by their own rules that trade should be forced. So if that wasn't the case, then I doubt the mods could 'force' the bid as they say in your case.
Anyone can say someone said anything. But it's when the mods themselves actually say it that you can believe it. Do yourself a fave...contact a mod and ask their opinion. Because honestly? If they force this? Then I'm going to start demanding an auctioneer who's said I've won a bid to actually trade it, using this as firewater. So please, tell me how it turns out!

I'm tired of losing auctions I've won (It's happened, 3 times now?

) so having this enforcement in my back pocket would help.
But, I doubt they will.

Both for previous reasons as well as my own above.
it's not true, we wouldn't force a trade in an auction. Occasionally trades are forced in competitions where prizes are promised and never delivered, but not auctions. An informal agreement in an auction does no lasting harm if it's broken, as no-one lost anything.

Thank you for clearing things up, Tess! I hope that calms Miniamata down so she's not so worried.
And please know, I would never actually use 'fuel for the fire'. lol I'm a bit more laid back than that, or I wouldn't have accepted the decisions before. *winks* I only said it as representation of one of the reasons you all (I assume) would never enforce it. Please forgive...and no beatings? *eeps!*

*Breathing the sigh of relief so spoken of as I pass into the void of non-existence, my body escaping from reality. My head lofts to the floor in a faint, dreaming of such horrors of the ill-bodied wave of animal that had passed above my sweeping fall.*

Thank you for clearing that up, Tess^^
