For my 2021 release Avocado OMGSR??

I'm pretty lost on these bigger trades, any help is appreciated.

I'm a wishlist collector, so my biggest concern is the trade value/interest/demand of the non-WL pets since I'd be adding them to my trade groups. Also in general is it fair? I know the avo is roughly the least demand OMGSR.
