i love the aesthetic! nice and concise rules, with important text in bold.
though it is a bit to scroll through, making it seem like more than it actually is
i would recommend shortening the distance between objects, but overall it looks really neat and pretty!

I think your rules are very nicely coded! They look great, they are also very clear and easy to read. I like it that you put some things in bold so your rules are easy to skim for what is important. I also like your use of images, a nice amount so it looks pretty but not distracting from the rules, very good!
However I understand how annoying it is to get one sided suggestions but perhaps not have that in big letters above everything? It kind of feels like being yelled at whereas random users clicking on your trades probably didn't break that rule of yours! Perhaps just have 'no one sided suggestions' as part of your regular bold rules and just cancel with 'please read my rules' whenever you get one.

Your rules are short, simple, and easy to understand. You could add more things to grab people's attention, or format the text to centre it. That's just personal preference though. Maybe you could add more information about what species or designs you like to help people if they don't have anything from your wishlist?

Your rules are very easy to follow and to the point. The bold text is helpful to skim through but still get an idea of what you are looking for, this also goes for your extra guidelines under your rules. The GIFs add some individuality but don't distract too much from the text which is great. I don't believe there is any constructive criticism I can offer, they are really good! c:

I really like the green you've went with, the flower / bee theme you were going with is really nice & simplistic!
The only thing I'd recommend would be bolding your rules, but that's it !!

I usually don't like the whole Role Play factor in trade rules, where you have a certain pet "speaking" to the trader - but you pulled it off really well and didn't go overboard with it.
Your trade rules are pretty organized overall. I do want to nitpick a typo, though "year and specie matters"
I think you meant "Years and species matter"
specie means coin money, otherwise.
