I got this guy. Slightly ironic, considering it's one of my few 08' pets left. XD I also got an '10 uncommon pet, but I traded him off. =)

oh dang! i wish i'd read this thread earlier or thought of adopting off-account myself. i wouldn't care if the really rares i want are not on my account or unable to be traded, as long as long as i had them. oh well, there's always next year.

i'm kind of surprised there's no UR dog this time.

I was wondering, is there somewhere where all offsite pets are stored, the eventually given to the pound? Because before I joined CS, last december, I adopted some of those tan dogs with the different colored stars on them. Just recently, like last month, I found the codes. I posed them to see what they were, and they belonged to random people who had gotten them from the pound. I have no idea what happened with that. xD

No, off-account pets will never be put onto an account; even the pet account. Unless you had an account or something or you adopted with a different name and don't remember, there isn't anyway for them to be given to another member that I know of.

It really should be "off-accout". It is a pet that is adopted when you aren't logged in.
