I would consider this fair. I value the pink september at 2 MA, and they're offering 1 MA's worth of C$ + what I'd value as another MA in rares (7 '09 R)

Your flop pink september has an old date but not a truedate so I don't see any reason to value it above 2 MA, and I'm not sure how much -if any- overpay TD pink septembers get anyways
