The numbers look like they reference a forum thread. I tried entering them in, and found this post, stating:

Nice detective work! But how does this tie into the new staff pet? I don't think it is simply a space pet. Maybe its just for us to reference their past staff pet as being a clue bearer? Like this one?

...or that NP-064 quadrant. Maybe that is significant? Perhaps in a pet group? Or maybe the story will be the clue as it unfolds and that the elements of space and space travel is irrelevant. Guess we will need more to add to it. But its a nice find! Great job!

not sure if relevant, but while hunting around I found that in Lacuna's interests section, there is a series of numbers with a hyphen in the middle. removing the hypen, i used it to find a pet with that id and i got this one: viewpet.php?id=23470039

P109066 is the ID of the post! You can see it in the URL I linked. I wouldn't be surprised if their pup is space themed, but it might just be part of the hints!
