It technically falls within the fair range for the 2011 Rare - up to you on if you prefer the C$ or the Rare.

2011 Uncommon = 5-6 C$

Top Side Total Worth: 15-16 C$

This trade is technically huge overpay on their side, your pets don't add up to more than 70C$ if you count them separately, or even 60C$ if you group them. However, unless you're seeking tons of C$, I wouldn't take it since C$ can be difficult to trade off for high quality pets.
