from first view, the second one. The rares alone are worth 13 '09 rares. The grinner is worth 15, so with all the uncommons added ('09 rare = 4 '09 uc's or 8 '10 uc's), it even looks unfair to them.
but the first one isn't bad either.

Would a sock dog be worth a hollyfox dog?
with demand (if either have any?)

The hollyfox dog goes for about a tier 8-9 advent with demand. The hollyfox dog would need to add 2 (?) '09 rares + '09 uncommon.

i would get a second opinion.
