Is this fair demand wise? What do both pets usually go for?

They're overpaying pretty heavily! I haven't seen the Hollyfox Dog go for that much in a very long time... Any of the outcomes from the Liontail litter are going for high Septembers and low Mains at the moment, so because they also added many old and valuable items worth '08 and '09 R/VRs, you're getting a heck of a deal for your advent c:

I beliee the first trade is unfair to you. Especially with the fact most of those store pets are from this year. The second trade is much better, with high demands and such

This is super unfair to your side, even with low demand of mass C$. 200C$ could easily get you a mid-low September. Does their side look like it's worth a mid-low September? Ha, no xD

They'd need to add a pretty good chunk of value for it to be fair ^-^
