The Dark Leo doesn't have high demand so it wouldn't be decent payment for either of the offers by rarity (depsite sharing a tier with the BA)
I'd be surprised if someone accept a dark leo for their Eat Me, but demand fluctuates constantly. A Eat and Drink set go for crazy offers and the BA can go for at least a balloon dog these days

Even with demand, the Bengal would be hefty overpay for a red cerb. The Skelebon has plenty of demand on it's own recently, but the bengal can do better than a single cerb

Just the Cream Santa and an '09 rare would be fair, so they are overpaying decently (remove both '08 pets and add 10C$ or remove the money and '08s for an '09 rare instead)

The second is unfair to you, the PPS is worth an early '10 rare so they'd need to add another '11 rare
