Roughly fair, if anything a bit unfair to you :) the store pets are worth an early 2010 rare each while the cat is a late 09

Looks unfair to the bottom, the two together would be worth a mid-early 09 rare, not a late ^^

The red dragon is worth 2 mid advents, so in this case you'd be valuing the August PPS as a mid advent and I've seen them go for more :) personally I wouldn't take it, but rarity wise it is unfair to them

Demand-wise (like what you've seen them go for) would a Red-X PPS for a UR Apple be a fair trade? And would you accept?
