It's fair. Tier 5 Advents (their cat) are worth 6-7 '09 rares, and you have 6 on your side. It goes for fair trades as far as I know.

They're overpaying - most people value a rare at an uncommon from the previous year (example, a '15 rare = a '14 uncommon).
