This looks really unfair to them. The only list pet on your side is the Pineapple, which is only worth 2 Sorbets + a UR Apple. Their dog is worth 3 Sorbets. The rest of the pets and items definitely don't add up to make the trade fair for the Non-Coon.~

Rarity wise it's unfair to them considering the Line Tribal is 2 tiers above the Balloon Dog. However, the Line Tribal has bad demand and may be harder to trade away. Personally, I would keep the Balloon Dog.
