You can randomly get one when you adopt a Malk pet, like qith equimagine's zebras.

It's just like any other adoption, except when you see the picture of the pet you adopted it's a rock looking egg instead of whatever other Malk pet you clicked on. 8)

The dragons are such a high demand pet, so I'm not surprise people are trying to get July '08s for them. Especially while they're really rare.
