I just noticed this guy is on day 35 and still growing and I can't for the life of me remember where they came from. I picked them up March 1st so I'm kinda hoping someone can help me figure out where they're from.

yep, you can get an omgsr zebra from the normal monthly adoptions (horses) if you're lucky c:

Ooh! Is that one of those zebras that you have a chance of getting every month? If so I’m jealous I don’t know much about them so I can’t really help you, sorry

every time you adopt horses or ponies (I can't remember which it is), you have a very small chance of getting a zebra. that means your pet is guaranteed to be quite rare. so congratulations!! you unknowingly hit the jackpot ^-^
