Your rules do have a lot of caps lock in them, which isn't necessary 99% of the time.

If its not your PM then don't get in the middle of it.
Dragon had a disicion to be nice or yell.
"SERIOUSLY?!?!"
is not cap abuse, it has to be the whole sentence in order for abuse of caps.

i did! the first message was a decent reply and explanation! I have changed my rules. Hope they are better
