in my opinion,crowfeather (the warrior) alone is overpay.warriors have great demand and the rarity tag on the warrior is very rare while the malk dragon is just rare.
i would get a second opinion though

Is this fair for my Lilac bun? I know it's unfair rarity wise, since their side only adds up to two '09 rares, but does the sitting cat's demand change anything? Thanks!

It's unfair to you. The gap between the two septs is a candy cane horse (4-5 09 rares)
Also the cake dog in my honest opinion is difficult to get a fair offer for whilst the purple bat dog seems to usually get fair trades.

Rarity wise, they need to add another '11 uncommon, however I agree with calixco with that it's probably not the best to trade rares down for uncommons ^^;
