I think you're asking asking what a 2016 store pet is worth? If not, please correct me. If so, asking in the What is this pet worth thread is more appropriate.
2016 store pets are worth a mid/late 2010 rare each.

Blue toxic & UR rat is a tier swap so yes, it's fair. However, you'd be better off with the toxic since the UR rat goes for a lot of underpay.
Ravens goes for sorbets+ and usually don't go for that much. The UR Aussie is a way overpay for the raven.

Their pet goes for fair trades. I wouldn't accept unless you're very desperate in getting rid of the July pps. Though, i'd try get a non from the July pps.

Slightly unfair to them.
A 2016 uncommon is worth about a 2014 common, so it would be a fair swap between the 2014 common deer & the new year dog. Though the rest of the pets don't quite add up to a 2014 uncommon, you're 3 2016 commons/1 2016 uncommon short.

Which is a better trade?

1. Lots of overpay. They are offering 3 advents + a dragon which is pretty good. Although the 3 advents may go for underpay. So they are offering about 18-20 mixed '09 rares not including demand. Both tess horses, zombie pony, & rainbow draft may go for underpay. Malk dragon & horse goes for overpay.

2. Grinner is worth 14-15 mixed '09 rares with average demand.

The 1st trade is better.

Ravens (Due to demand) usually go for a non+ and the UR aussie doesnt have that good of a demand. hope this helps
and again the blue toxic rarity wise does equal a UR rat but due to demand it is very difficult to trade off rats in general most toxics go for slight underpay

Is this fair? It doesn't look so to me but I am blindly fumbling about this chicken smoothie world with no real sense of what is good or bad. Except for that this rat has almost 0 demand.

My rat is an early '09 VR, for reference.
