just a thought, are they on the list, if they are you can call me legily blind now lol, if not are they gonna be added?

I plan to update the list later in the summer when I have more time, but not until then. The only things that will be added are the new URs.

I'm not sure if this is where I'm supposed to ask, but is the Lime Ice Rat placed on the list where it is because of its demand or because of how much it is actually worth?

Most of the rats on there are where they are based on demand. Their rarities and dates (July and August '08) would place them higher on the list if it was done only by rarity; but because rats in general have low demand they are lower on the list.
