Not exactly sure, and you shou get a second opinion, but I think it's unfair to you. That cat is worth a tommorw than all of those items, I believe.
As I said before, get a second opinion.

So I'm not exactly sure what the items are worth, but unless they are worth something significant (e.g., a rare from 2009 or 2010 or more) then it's unfair to you and I would exchange the draft for a rat. ^^
