Actually, on the old layout, the nick adopt page was always like that too.

Nick's artwork is a wonderful thing. The whole "War of CS" thing got really out-of-hand, though. None of us were expecting people to get quite so worked up over it o___O ... There was much hilarity, though.

Yea, these images are from the old Nick adopt page, and they were used during the 2010 April Fools for the whole main site. I've still got the images of the Nick Butterfly wolf newborns too, and the backward newborn dogs. XP

Gosh, I remember that little security type question- "If the owners of this site were making a smoothie, what would they put in it?" Love that!
The nick layout was so fun. That was the best April Fools ever! And the War that followed is so amusing... I still see the stamps for it. ((speaking of which, is the "war of CS" thread still around? Or was it deleted?))

Wait, the beige was retired in August? I was on during that month, and I don't remember it at all...

I remember the beige layout, it was so pretty. I do prefer the one we have now to the second layout, though. It's better to have everything in one place.
