Rarity wise, just the dragon for the calf is fair, but dragons tend to have more demand, so they added the pony. So yes I'd say this is fair : )

Unfair to you. They could effectively asking for a bit more than an '11 rare, plus malk pets tend to have more demand, so I'd say they're asking you to overpay.
