I read somewhere that the Joker Bunny is the second most-wanted Bunny and is worth almost as much as the Dog, but I'd like some more opinions.

For UR Butterbunny, that's a complete no. It's a rip off for the bunny. The tinsel horse sounds ok with the bwolf butterbunnies, like teal or red. Maybe you'd have to add more, not entirely sure.
