What about this?

First trade; you are offering 9+ '09 rares worth so you would be overpaying by 1-2 '09 rares.
But since people may not prefer horses/rats, they may value them less. Not taking those into consideration, you have 4+ '09 rares, which would get you to a Tier 1/2 advent. It just depends on how much people value your pets at. And also trading on the list is a bit of a challenge so that would have to be taken into consideration as well.
Second trade; you are overpaying by a ton. The '09 rare would be enough. The other pets aren't needed, even with the demand of the zodiacs.
