I'd go with the cinnamon doe if you want something easier to trade for, but personally, I really like the Blue buck.

If you look closely, it looks like the fur has a snowfall pattern.

Both him and the blue buck are meant to have curly/wooly fur, because you can never have too much fluff x3.
In other words, we got deerps!(deer + sheep)
