It would be highly unlikely that any pet would be released enough on the 18th for the rarity to go down enough for a pet to be moved down the list. But yes, rarities themselves go down often on the 18th. Normally for OMGSR to Very Rare though. :3

i have a question thats been bugging me for a while, lets say there was a shortage in a certian pet or not many people had them and it became even harder to find, is it possible it will be moved up in the list? or the rares list itself extended to fit more pets into it? much less is there a set time in which the rares list the main one and gap are extended or the advent list extended and so forth?
