I've only seen him once or twice while roaming people's trade groups and he doesn't seem all that popular, unless I'm just not looking in the right places...

I got mine in the past pretty easily, so he won't turn for a couple of years (2, maybe?) yet.

I would have expected it to rare OMG before the Moonswirl, but apparently not x3
If it weren't for the 18th I reckon it would have turned in the next couple of changes, but it probably won't now until sometime next year (my guess, anyway...)

Yeah, me too. It was always thought that the Dogtag was rarer than the Moonswirl (but the Moonswirl is a lot more popular). I guess that opinion will change in a lot of people's minds now. But I agree, I would be very shocked if the Nontag or Nonswirl went OMG before the Dogtag does.

She's one of the five rarest July 08 dogs =3 I think the dogtag and maybe the coontail will turn before this one, though^^

rarity for a pet changes according to the number of a particular pet on the site in relationship to the number of users (active or not) on the site....when people predict changes they really are just making educated guesses from being around the site a lot
