Correction... In 2013, the staff pets were released in September.

And no real need for a guide, I wouldn't think. In the archive the artist's name is directly above their name. So no huge mystery on who made what. But completely up to you.

When a pet has an unknown rarity, it means the rarity has not been calculated yet - it may well be rare, but not necessarily. Pets with unknown rarity can be omg so common, omg so rare, and anything in between. ^_^
Pet rarities are usually updated every 1-3 months.

This should be posted here. c: I'm not sure how much they can help you, though, considering easter just started. It's difficult to say how much they're "worth" considering demand (Easter event), but likely not a lot since you can currently get them from the event. It might also help to check out other trade threads here or check out the Easter swap thread to see what people are offering (if they are offering C$).
