No, that would only be worth a mid-ish september pet. Speckled rats are on the main list.

I would search here for pets that are of similar value to the Pocky: viewtopic.php?f=20&t=341749 I'm guessing it's worth around 40C$ but you will want to double check that. The chicken doesn't add anything to the trade.
